Getting Started

You can sign up for a Constant Contact account from the product page by clicking the Constant Contact icon in the Upgrades section of your cPanel, or by following this link: https://my.Bluehost.com/hosting/constantcontact

Scroll to the bottom of the product page to select the domain you wish to send Constant Contact emails from. Read and agree to the terms and conditions before adding the service to your shopping cart.

Once purchased, your active Constant Contact account(s) will be listed at the top of the product page in your hosting account. It will show the domain name for your account, the renewal date, your renewal settings, and your current Contacts tier.

Constant Contact uses a single sign on option (SSO), which means you will access your Constant Contact account from the product page in your hosting account. There is not a separate login for Constant Contact, and your Bluehost login will not work on their website.

Click "Sign In" to be redirected to your Constant Contact account. You will be asked to agree to their terms and conditions the first time you log in. Check the box and click "I Agree" to continue.

Renewal Settings

If you no longer wish to use Constant Contact, you can set the account to expire by unselecting the Autorenew checkbox. The account will then expire and be deactivated at the end of its current term.

Note: You will pay in advance for each Constant Contact term. Once you have paid for the term it is Non-Refundable.

An expired account can be restored at any time by going through the sign-up process again. The account will be reactivated as it was before, with all of your contacts and information intact.
